In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of daily life. Like many others, I have experienced the challenges of navigating stress and anxiety, particularly after being diagnosed with ADHD later in life. In search of moments of peace and equilibrium, I discovered the transformative power of Breathwork and Yoga several years ago.

Completing my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at YYOGA was a pivotal moment for me. It opened doors to sharing the profound benefits of movement and breath with others, especially those facing spinal conditions like Scoliosis. Being able to apply my teaching skills in such meaningful ways was an honor.

Driven by a desire for continued wellness, I embarked on a journey into Breathwork, completing my training in Denver, Colorado, under the guidance of Jon Paul Crimi. Breathwork, with its focus on conscious breathing, has been an incredibly transformative experience, enhancing not just my physical health but also my mental and emotional well-being.

This journey has inspired me to create Restorative You, a space dedicated to empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives filled with joy, happiness, and vitality. Through Yoga, Breathwork, and personalized tools, my aim is to help others unlock their potential and embrace a balanced and harmonious life.
